The Collective Space Incubator (C.S.I.) is a grassroots program for people launching or growing a social enterprise, campaign, or community project in the Cowichan Valley. We connect you with coaching, mentorship, consulting, tools, and workspace — drawing on local facilitators, nonprofits, and our member community. No lengthy paperwork: share your idea in your own words and we will follow up by email.
What you get is what you put in. Bring your idea at whatever stage it is at — early sketch or ready to scale — and leave with clearer next steps and people in your corner.
What you can access
- One-on-one coaching and mentorship from local facilitators and business owners.
- Consulting on strategy, outreach, web presence, events, and day-to-day operations.
- Access to workspace, workshops, classes, and practical tools at Collective Space.
- Peer connection — learn alongside other builders and stay accountable together.
- An Entrepreneur Action Plan you shape with us, then work toward step by step.
